Reiki is a subtle, graceful healing system from Japan, with roots tracing back to the Vedic tradition. Reiki mobilizes the body’s innate healing abilities through a laying-on of hands and channeling of universal life force energy. It is a powerful, nurturing and non-invasive approach which heals by recharging the body’s subtle energetic systems and restoring balance and harmony between body, mind and spirit. Reiki combines effortlessly with other healing modalities or can be used as a complete stand-alone system. 

This workshop includes:

• All Reiki level I attunements, certification and course manual

• Reiki history, philosophy and principles

• Instruction in Reiki hand positioning and specific healing strategies

• Discussion of vitalism and the anatomy of the subtle human energy system (chakras, auras, energetic cords)

• Discussion on integrating Reiki with other healing arts modalities

• Guided meditations, directed hands-on practice, one-on-one and group healing sessions
